Central Vacuum Cleaning System
for CEMENT PLANTS

Cement Plants have specific problems of dust - not just dust but bulk dust - that makes the working very difficult.  SANTONI recently got orders for three Central Vacuum Cleaning systems that can be used to quickly lift any spilled cement from floors and machines and recycle it back.  Saves time, labor & cement - and the quality of ambience.

The heavy-duty vacuum cleaner are based on twin-lobe blower powered with a 30 hp motor.  A network of pipeline with aerodynamic bends and "tees" takes the suction to 25 "socket points" located on five floors of packaging section.  A reinforces PU hose can be connected to a socket point and the "Gulper Nozzle" at the other end lifts bulk quantity of cement from floor with ease and efficiency.

The cement sucked by the central vacuum system is separated by a "pulse-jet bag filter system augmented with a cyclone pre-separator".  The pulse-jet system keeps the fine PTFE coated fine filters clean - ensuing that the suction of the system is maintained throughout. The power-pack of the central unit is accommodated in an acoustic hood to reduce the noise level of the unit.

SANTONI bags orders for three CENTRAL VAC SYSTEMS from SUZUKI for their new plant at IMT Manesar, Distt. Gurgaon, Haryana, India This prestigious order becomes all the more important as it comes through Japanese Contractor - TAIKI SHA. These three central cleaning systems are   for the painting ovens, buffing zone and bumper-line at the new car plant of SUZUKI. These Central Vacuum Cleaning Systems have been successfully for over 6 months now. ___ Micro Dust Collectors from SANTONI are specialty dust collectors for Toxic dusts or  Expensive materials like gold/silver, etc. These dust collectors have filter cartridges made out of spun bonded polyester from NORDIC, DENMARK and the filters are automatically cleaned using Pulse-jet technology.
