SANTONI has pioneered in the fields of industrial cleaning, pollution control and pneumatic conveying through a dedicated process of in-house R&D, and has developed expertise in the application oriented designing of equipment.

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING

For cleaning, for example, SANTONI is not only offering a wide range of standardized cleaning equipment, but also services of custom designed equipment to meet any challenging task of on-line or off-line cleaning in the industry. Automation in on-line cleaning is one of the favorite fields for SANTONI.  If a job (small or large components, cut sheets or continuous webs, machines, etc.) requires cleaning - after a process, between two processes, before packing or just after it lands into the premises, we can provide dedicated equipment (cleaning station) using one or a combination of several cleaning methods (like air/ water / chemical washing, air-blade, air-jet, vacuuming, scrubbing with brushes, etc.).

(Examples :

1.  M/s Mitra Industries Ltd., Faridabad manufactures Blood Bags.  The importance of cleanliness of blood bags can not be over-emphasized.  PVC sheet is first extruded and cut into rolls of smaller widths using rotary cutters.  This cutting process generates PVC dust particles.  We supplied a cleaning station which not only cleans the 10 rotary cutters but also scrubs and vacuums the cut sheet webs to a high degree of cleaning.

For the Precision cleaning of cut sheets (just before sealing into bags) we supplied a special machine fitted with HEPA filters.

2.  M/s Mehta Brothers P. Ltd., processes 10 tons of walnut kernels per day for exports.  Since walnut are manually cracked by ladies in cottage industry they carry impurities such as hair fibers, leaves, cigarette buts, small metal items (like nials and pins), paper clippings and broken pieces of the kernel. We designed and supplied a conveyorised machine with several stages of cleaning, vacuum sieving and magnetic separator.

3. M/s Century Laminating Company Ltd., Hapur is the top manufacturer and exporter of laminated sheets in India.  Before pasting cellophane sheet on the face of the export worthy laminates they should be absolutely clean.  We supplied a custom designed machine which automatically lifts laminate sheets (8 x 4 ft) from a scissor-lift, cleans it and then the cellophane sheet is pasted in it. 

PNEUMATIC CONVEYING

SANTONI offers turn-key pneumatic conveying lines for cement, coal dust, ash handling, chemicals, food grains, plastics, pharmaceutical-drugs, etc.

Each material has different "air retention properties" just like its specific gravity, bulk density, etc. and each application may have its own requirements of vertical and horizontal distances, number of bends, number of feed and discharge points. It needs a specialist to provide a fitting solution.  

DUST FUME COLLECTION

While cleaner technologies are taking over from the conventional manufacturing methods across the board, there are several production processes which still generate dust and fumes.  To ensure healthy working atmosphere, to protect workers, machines, products from the effects of dust and to recover precious materials dust collection systems are installed with such processes.

Industrial customers either tend to buy dust collectors as a part of the package offered by the vendor of the production equipment or retrofit make-shift arrangements.  The net result is poor dust collection efficiencies.  The manufacturer of the production equipment may be a specialist for such production equipment, but dust collection is not his area of specialization.  Would you not rather procure your dust collection systems from the specialists.

CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS & AXIAL-FLOW FANS

Drawing from the extensive experience over the years SANTONI's centrifugal and axial-flow fans are comparable with the best available in the world.  While several models have been standardized yet we prefer to study the end utility of the fan and design a new fan which exactly matches the flow and pressure requirements of the application, in addition to the other parameters such as temperature, material flow, etc.

The energy efficient blowers/fans from SANTONI save money by cutting power bills.

VENTILATION SYSTEMS

Humidification, cooling and dust proofing are some of the objectives of a ventilation system.  SANTONI can take care of all your problems in these areas.  With the best of the fans manufactured in-house, the ventilation systems supplied by SANTONI meet each of the parameters laid down by a customer - with large energy savings. 

HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETTING

While there are several cold and hot water/steam jet high pressure models offered by SANTONI, manual and automatic (even conveyorised) pressure cleaners are offered on custom built basis.
